VBA Code to export or import between fixed named workbook and variable name workbook

I have a workbook (fixed name) that I want to import or export data to specific cells from specific cells of another workbook. The second workbook is the data source file. It's name is descriptive name changes constantly. I was hoping I could use VBA code to import or export, depending on the best location for the macro.

I have attached simplified workbooks for reference. Desire is to select specific cells from AlwaysDifferentName.xlsx and copy to specific cells in AlwaysSameName.xlsx.
