Update values on Target Ranges

Hi all
I am trying to add values when selecting cells.
I was able to do a single cell (B2) to add value to B8, but cannot work out how to add more by using ElseIf?
For example,
B3 is equal value 4
B4 is equal value 3
B5 is equal value 2
B6 is equal value 1

I cannot add attachment so I quote the codes below.

I choose the first one because I am able to do the next 6 columns.
There is an error run from your second post. I believe that you have left out "End If".

You're quite right I did miss the "End If" line.
