macro inserting picture in a comment

Hello
I am new to Macros ;

I have tried ( Excel 2019 ) to record a macro which can insert a picture in a Comment .
Here is the sequence :

Edit Comment
Format Comment
Colors and lines
Color
Fill effects
Picture
Select Picture
etc

It did not work and I am not sure whether this is possible ;
