Macros that auto populate data entered by users into a table below

Hi all!

Need some help!

I have this form which allows users to enter their name, id number and then the dates of the days they are planning to take leave in 2020.

Currently, I have 12 slots for the dates.
I want to expand it to 30 slots.

Any idea how can I do that?

I have attached a screenshot of how the end-product will look like.
