I am at a loss. I have tried for most of the afternoon trying figuring our why my code is not working in order. The worksheet "temp_cmTracker_1" is not deleting until after the UserForm "uf_Message_downLoad" is displayed.

Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
[CODE]your VBA code here[/CODE]
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.

Sorry for the late response - I was called out of town.
The issue had to do with a line of coding in another macro that was being call. However, with your suggestion I discovered the "DoEvents" and am very excited.
