Formula to always be in row where specfic account is

I have account numbers in Col A


I have VBA which places text and formulas in Col E onwards-these are on workbook Check Balance KC-1081.xlsm


I would like to text and formula to always be in the same row where KX-1081 appears in Col A on workbook Check Balance KC-1081.xlsm
