Hard code date dependent

I am tying to 'hard code' rows depending on the date, and then hide the rows. The 'hiding' bit is easy but I can't find a way to get the hard code bit done as the dates are not sequential.

I have attached a sample of what I am trying to do. Thanks for any help and suggestions.
