    Compile Error - Syntax Error using CountIfs in VBA

    I am looking to automate a process and I need to enter a formula based on two criteria.
    The formula works perfect when I enter it manually in the cell, but I get an error populating the cell using VBA
    I know it has something to do with the double quotes, so I tried the
