Copy file form folder & sub folders in VBA

    Hi Guys,
I have a file named color_details.xls with others xls file, in a folder called "sample", inside this folder there is another 3 folder & inside these 3 folder there are some more folder.
I have the color_details.xls with others xls, in almost all the folder.

Some times in some folder this file can be missing also.

What i want is, I will make "colordetails" folder in main folder called "sample" and copy only color_details.xls file with rename to avoid over written.

How can i do this in VBA?

Thanks for your response, but this is not what I'm looking for.
I am trying to copy only a specific named file from each folder, and paste them in a new folder with a new name to avoid over written the file.
