Duplicates & Multi select Listbox Please help!

I have attached my file and what i have done so far i am trying fo over 5 days to achieve Duplicates on the Textbox Handle if there is a Duplicate it doesnt add it on Multi sheet selection! and on Listbox Selection to Select more than 1 Section and to be seperated by a comma Please i need help and please explain to me how is it to be done so i can learn and thank you from the norrom of my Heart

Probably because it is impossible to understand what you are trying to achieve.
I have read your requirement a dozen times, it is confused and disjointed.
Try describing again with more clarity of thought.
I have briefly looked at your code and now more confused.
e.g. why have you labeled a listbox as a textbox, give an illustration what you want separated by commas.
perhaps with more clarity we may be able to help.

The listbox named TextBox3 has a list i want to be able to select more than 1 and to be seperated by Comma such as Art, Adventure in same cell multiselect.
and on the Column H of everysheet i have i want if i insert a name lets says Mike it goes there if i try to Enter Mike on same column again i cant and says Duplicate found! is it achievable ? and thank you so much for trying to help me

Try the attached.
TextBox3 is hidden by the multiselect listbox.
The multiselect items are passed to TextBox3 to enable the 'save' loop to remain as before.
Also MessageBox pop-up if duplicate 'handle' is entered.
I have removed your 'hard-coded' listfills to a seperate tab containing them within their own tables.

Hi thank you for you effort i do appreciate it but when i downloaded the file and i opened it i tried to add information to selected sheet it says Set tbl = ws.ListObjects(ActiveSheet.ListObjects(1).Name) debug and cant figure it out :/

Man i cant thank you enough for sorting my problems im really newbie at coding im trying to learn and you did some advanced stuff im trying to understand your code for the last hour lol its really hard and thank you for making this work for me now im looking at modules i hope i understand how u did it ty

Btw do you have any code to show in a list box my last 10-20 entries ? i was doing a code and it shows everything ina sheet i am at but it doesnt show my last entries :/

See the attached, there is a 'ListView' initially it has the last three entries of each State (3 x 8 (24 rows)).
As you add to your listings the 'ListView' will remove the last (bottom) entry and place the latest entry at the top of the list.
