O365 Macro error

Hi, I have recently been upgraded to O365 which has corrupted the macros in a document I use on a regular basis

The macros were originally set up to be able to email individuals directly from excel attaching part of the excel document that contained the information pertinent to them

When the macros run now it errors very early on with the following;

Runtime error 429 - activex component can't create object

I have tried to run the macros on a non O365 machine and it all runs fine

Can someone help/suggest anything to try?

I have tried tools > references > and selected the most recent Outlook object library (in this instance 16) but still no joy

I have attached a demo copy of the document for you to review, the macros is the "automate" "Send Email"

Any help you can offer would be appreciated

Thanks, I have tried this previously and my ActiveX Installer is defaulted to automatic

Do you have any other ideas on how i can resolve this?
