VBA code to copy and paste formats only

Just gonna ask - best way to copy formats from one range to the remaining columns in a sheet? Using Format Painter is a chore.
Is there a place that has all of the excel object parameters like Copy and Paste etc . . . That would be damned handy.

Hi,
I should have stated that this isn't my first experience with spreadsheets, macros or programming in general. I find that I learn better from example.
Using macros as a guidelines, I have found, is overkill and confusing, since the code isn't commented, and, while macros may create a solution they don't explain why the solution works.
Thank you, anyway. I will continue to look - it's not absolutely necessary, just would've been easier.
