fill number sequence random range in vba

Hi I want to fill Number sequence with random range (size at least 10 to 40) I don't know how to do that :

the number start form 1 and the last number 1000 , the result of the code in first sheet and the next sheet is how I except from generating and filling in sequence, any idea for that?
