Count until reach some number and copy that row's information then loop

Hello, I would like some help here.
The problem is : I'd like to count "Orange" to 36 units and then copy the the 36 unit's "Date" and "Time" to the right-hand box. Then continue counting until the remaining orange are not enough to reach 36 unit and "display how many unit of orange left" and also copy "Date" and "Time" in the remaining box.

I just started to learn VBA last week. I think im still beginner level. Thank you in advance.
