Run SQL queries on Excel data

I have a large file in Excel and want to analyse using SQL but have no access to an Access, SQL or other RDBMS. Is it possible to do this with VBA, if so can you give an example how to execute a simple SELECT * FROM a Worksheet and view results. Many Thanks
