VBA userform multiple TextBoxes in one cell

Hello everyone,
I have a code which helps to edit/add new data into a table.
I'd like that one of the cells values would arrive from multiple TextBoxes and the code would be available for the whole column.
The code have :

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

The code i need to enter (something like):

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

I tried, but couldn't figure it out.
Any help or tips are really appreciated
