Excel Macro to Generate .DAT file

Hi,

I have data on my excel that I save as to CSV file that I open with notepad then I save it again after writing .DAT to its name to generate a DAT File.

Is there a macro code that I can put to my excel so that I will skip some of the process and just generate the DAT file?

Is each column in a row separated with a comma in you CSV file?

Is text enclosed in quotation marks?
