Haven't been able to locate many examples on the internet and absolutely nothing on the forum regarding saving the position of a User Form for reload.
This macro is seen on several websites :

set startupposition to manual (0) in the properties of the form
If you want something done right... find a forum and ask an online expert.

your StartupPosition was set to CentreOwner (or 1)
either hard code it to 0 via the settings OR add the line in like below
