Convert cell image file name into image?

I have cells which contain image file names (handle003.jpg). I know the path to these files. I want to install the images into the cells so when the workbook is distributed, the images will show. The images must be contained within the workbook as the path to the files will not be available after distribution.

Excel files are crappy image folders. If you only have a few, then insert the files using the insert menu, making sure to resize and compress the images. Otherwise, move all the image files into one folder with the workbook, and distribute the entire folder instead of just the workbook, with hyperlinks or macros to display the images when needed.
