Long story shorter, Im trying to check for open workbooks on our network drive at where I work. The short version is nothing works. Besides these two, Ive tried other ways as well, and no matter what I do, it never works properly. Every time, despite the workbook being closed, it keeps kicking it back as open. And I cant get the rest of my code to run because of this one issue. If you have any ideas, please let me know, this seems so trivial, but is insanely infuriating.
