(SOLVED) Conditional Formatting - adding a 4th condition

Hi All, my name is Brian and I have a problem I can't solve by myself.

I have a table in which I have used icon formatting to notify me of when tasks are due or overdue. Now come the issue I can't resolve.

What I would like to do: when the icon tells me that I am overdue, RED icon, I would like to add another condition that allows me to click on the tick condition and change to RED icon to back to GREEN or another colour.

I have no experience with VBA, is there anybody out there (sorry for the Pink Floyd reference) who can assist me?

Difficult to do with the way you have your conditional formatting set. However, since you're only displaying the last two digits of the year, perhaps you could add/subtract 1000 years to make it change colour. For example, right click the sheet name and select "View Code" and paste this in:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
This would allow you to double-click a red alarm to turn it back to green. Double-clicking again would turn it back to red. It does, however, change the date from 1/1/2020 to 1/1/3020 in order to do this! See attached.
