MSXML2.XMLHTTP - Failed to Load Chunk...

Hey, I've been trying to load the content from "https://cirrus-ci.com/github/byuu/higan/master" but I keep receiving debugging shows that it failed to load chunk
I don't have a clear understanding of why but I sense its because there's not html tree?

Is there a workaround to this since I wish to fetch the "latest version" (i.e. 109.2"

Do you think there's a way to bridge it via any library reference in VBA (excluding InternetExplorer)?

Still haven't resolved this :/
