VBA to Goal Seek Multiple cell ranges

Hi,

I don't know if this can be done in VBA since im pretty naive in VBA,

Scenario 1: i want to Goal Seek Range H13:Y13, Goal= 1.8, by changing range G9:X9, (Criteria, Output of G9:X9 should always be equal or greater than zero).

Scenario 2: I want to Goal Seek Cell M32, Goal=3.0, B changing Range G28:L28 Plus want to Goal seek Range N32:X32, Goal= 1.8, by changing range M28:X28 (Criteria, Output of row 28 should always be equal or greater than zero).

If possible, If you could let me know individual vba code for each scenario, it will be two different excel sheet
