Update the cell value and time based on the Reference cell

Hi Experts,

My requirement is as below,

I have cell A1. THe value of A1 will get updated/refreshed using a background query for every 5 min and the value in cell A1 changes. Now the requirement is that, the current updated A1 cell value gets updated to cell D2 and the cell D1 should get updated the time stamp (the time the cell value D2 gets updated).

How to achieve this functionality in Excel?
