Auto delete physical row after past 24 hours.

Greetings,

I have been trying to search on Google how to accomplish this, found the similar one, but cannot find exactly what I need.
I have a temperature sensor that feed the data every 2 minutes into the spreadsheet, looks like this.

Ideally, I want the row that is past 24 hours (based on the timestamp starts from B2 and down) to be deleted, and the next row will move up.
This way, I will always maintain 720 count of rows.

The other script I found only delete the value, but the cell is not moving up, so I will have a lot of blank space.

Kindly advise if it is possible to do

Thank you for your reference, I did try to find the answer beforehand, but I'm not that knowledgeable to combined multiple scripts tips into 1 working script.
