Help with grouping data

Hi.

Sorry I posted a version of this for averaging a while ago but the current problem is causing me a bit of more trouble than usual so any help will be appreciated.

There are 2 columns. Column 1 has Time (T) and 2 has variable C.

I have attached a dataset with a manual example. Takes a long time to get to the end manually.

The macro should first look at column T and find out all C values within 15s T intervals and copy and paste the C values in separate columns for 15s epochs. In the example worksheet, I started at T=0 and looked for all the values of C for T less than 15. These C values have been copied to Column G.

Next, I looked for all the values of C for T between 15 and 30 and copied the C values to column H.... and so forth...

Thanks jindon. This works well for the first three Epochs (0-15, 15-30, 30-45). Is there a way to do this for all 15s epochs all the way to the end of the dataset?
