Getting Error #DIV/0 for empty cells

Hello all,

Getting #DIV/0 error for empty cells and each cell has the below formula:

=AVERAGE(Jan_Data!D2,Feb_Data!D2,Mar_Data!D2,Apr_Data!D2,May_Data!D2,Jun_Data!D2,Jul_Data!D2,Aug_Data!D2,Sep_Data!D2,Oct_Data!D2,Nov_Data!D2,Dec_Data!D2)

Any thoughts?
