    Worksheet Showing Emails to be Created in Outlook with Attachments

    Dear Experts,

    I'm at beginner level on vba but wish to automate each month by creating Outlook emails to be sent out :
    1. I have about 50 emails to sent out each month
    2. I wish to create emails only (allowing me to further check or amend before pressing send button)
    2. Each folder, I'll have an Excel file (as uploaded), detailing the contents in the email and which files to be attached, and add my Outlook signature at end of each mail

    Grateful if anyone could help.

    Thank you for the link which I took strenuous effort to digest.

    Since there are several emails, and one email may be sending multiple attachments, with file names identified by first 5 digits as project code plus the rest of the string in different length.
    I managed to re-code with the following but they cannot work :

    The above codes should be further corrected, but something beyond my capability.

    Any further advise will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi maniacb,

    I managed to get the codes work in accordance with my requirements :
    1. Need sending project cashflow files to multiple recipients with cc and bcc, with limits of max 12 attachments (per Excel "ForEmail" sheet)
    2. Need changing recipients depending on the projects-in-charge

    As this site does not allow HTML codes, I cannot post the codes right here, but will upload my Excel (with codes) for your reference.


    The codes work fine except minor flaws as below :
    1. I originally intended to pick Outlook default signature, which only work for me but not for my colleague, that is why I discard this thought but added a column in my Excel "ForEmail" sheet for this purpose in column AF. I'm not sure if this relates to the Outlook setting in my colleague's computer.
    2. I don't know why if the Excel file (with macros) is opened in Explorer, the codes can create email but cannot attach files. However, if I open the file direct from Excel, the codes can attach files with no problem.

    I would be most grateful if you could further help, especially on flaw #2 above as mentioned.
