Please help me code on VBA to send bulk whatsapp messages & emails

Hi,

Can someone help me (or help me find guides on how to do the following functions - for use on the web version of Excel):

1. Send Whatsapp messages to multiple contacts (1000+ maybe), using either web.whatsapp.com or the desktop application
2. Send variable messages to multiple contacts (each contact gets a different message)
3. Customize messages to include the person's name if we have it
4. Have the ability to send media (images, short videos, gifs) and/or attachments (pdf, docx, xlsx, etc)
5. Have the ability to send Images with captions and/or messages.
6. Run this simultaneously while working on other things on the laptop
7. Get notified if messages could not be sent, number was not found, and etc.
8. Send Whatsapp messages at a particular date & time (not instantaneous), and have a pause between the program running and sending messages.

I need the same functionality for sending bulk emails as well, through windows live mail and outlook. Please help me! It will be greatly appreciated. Even if you can link me to guides, it would be greatly appreciated.
