Filter by 2 combobox in listbox according to textbox

Dear, I need your help I need to filter 2 combobox. through 2 textbox. The first combobox is selected and in the text box13 a part of the text is placed and filters the list, my drawback is in the second when I select the second combobox and place part of the text in the 2nd textbox19 does not filter for this second condition .

Hopefully they understand the idea.
