Save and Close All excel Workbook except Active Workbook

I am trying to use Macro to Save and close all excel workbook except active one. I am trying with the below code.

The below code is working vise versa. like closing active workbook only.

This is closing all workbook including active one.

Hi Not closing. I am running this Macro from Personal Macro Workbook. That may be the issue
