Outlook Field Export to Excel via VBA Help

    Hi friends,
For those of you up for a challenge, I need to export email from folders and subfolders into an excel spreadsheet (sample workbook attached). I would like to be able to run a macro to do this and when I run the command again, it doesn't provide duplicates. Does anyone know 1. how to set up this macro and 2 if the no duplicates in the future is an option.

    I am VERY grateful.

    Dianne
