How to use Borders

I need to create a border style in cells that will come in varied places. To do this I tried to use the following code.

This gives an error message saying object does not support the object or method.
I have checked to see if border is a member of Range and it is, so I cant see where I have gone wrong.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

When using the 'dot' as a 'shortcut', you need to get your 'with' and 'end with' in proper 'pairs'
