VBA - copy column if value is "1"

Hi All

I am new to VBA but looking for a macro/VBA that copies the columns E:F to columns M:N in the attached sheet when the value in cell C1 is equal to 1. I would ideally like a chunk of VBA that also does the query in cell C1 and copies the columns - therefore removing the need for the query in Cell C1.

This code copies when col c has a value of 1. What you want to sort or filter is not clear.
