List of Files in Folder and sub folder

Hi

The below code is from some other website. I was using this code list out files in folder and sub folder with Hyperlink.
The code is working fine. the code is currently updating

Main Folder in one row
then Sub Folder in one row
then one next row its updating Hypherlink
same row next column date modified.

can some one help me to put all this in same row.
First column for folder,
second column is for sub folder
third column for hypherlink
next column for date modified.

If you see your attachment, folder name showing in first row only not every row. I am seeking help of updating folder and SUBFOLDER in every row as separate column.

Example colum A for list of files hyperlink
Column B for main Folder
Column C for sub folders
Column d for date modified
