    Find max and min date in a column which needs to be found in row 1

    Hi All,

    Im am trying to use the find function to return the column letter in order to fetch the latest date in that column :

    Still an amateur here so any guidance would be useful, thanks!

    FYI - for code, use code tags (# on the ribbon), not quote tags (speech bubble on the ribbon). I've fixed it for you tioday. Thanks!

    No sample workbook, no explanation of what is specifically going wrong with your code, but I do see one issue:

    is missing a colon and you don't need the extra "&", and rfind being a variable, it should not be in quotes:
