Sorry we couldn't find... Is it possible moved, renamed or deleted

Hello,

An error message appear when I try to open a excel document “Sorry we couldn't find... Is it possible it was moved, renamed, or deleted? “.
The document still in my c: drive. I tried to copy as “save as file” but when I open a new name of the file then I get this message. I tried to
transfer the file to the flash drive but it won’t transfer it.

What should I do? Please help.

Have you tried going to the document in File Explorer and double clicking on it, instead of trying to open it directly from Excel?

File Explorer? Sorry, I am little slow. I clicked file, browser and I selected document then I see all the excel files. Then I saw the file that I want to open.

This has been happening lately and it happens to most of my file before. I can't find the resolving this issue.

I am suggesting you use File Explorer, which is the program you would use to see the contents of your computer c: drive. If you can find the file there, then you can double click on it, and it will open the file in excel.

Why is this happening? It happens to most of my file excel. Some of them I have lost them and I can't retrieve them. Is it because I have so much files in the explorer?

When I received this error, then I decided to rename the file the file and the file disappear from my c: drive. I can't find the file now. Omg! what should I do? I can't find it anywhere.

Please help!
