Macro to calculate $ - multiple possible Tiers

Hi,

I've reviewed many formulas that would calculate tiered pricing. What I'm struggling to figure out, which I think would require a macro, is to calculate tiered pricing where there are multiple different tier groups.
Attached is an example where the tier groups are on Sheet2, identified by the Fee Schedule # in column A. (some even have a flat fee to be used, instead of a tier).
For each account on Sheet1 (account #s have been changed), using the Fee schedule # in column D, and account value in column B, I need to calculate the total $ we would receive in column E.

Any help greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you have any questions.

note: change the bit in red as needed {flat rate} - as unclear what the calc should be - as-is this will just the value in Sheet2 Column D

where no flat-rate found the tiered calculation is executed c/o SUMPRODUCT.
