VBA Print help

I have attached a workbook for reference. The code below works, but I cannot run the code from a button on the TABLES worksheet. When run it prints the TABLES worksheet and not the REPORT worksheet. If I enter the information on the tables worksheet and then go to the report worksheet and run the macro it works. So what code should be added so that I can just click on the Print Form button and the macro will run printing the report?
