Trying to make a macro that alters a table based on Data Validation

I need two different macros. On the attached spreadsheet, inside the black box I have 21 cells that have data validation with either "Yes" or "No" (D5:F11).

    Macro 1 needed:
-Ability to change all cells inside box from "Yes" to "No" and vice versa at the same time with one click of a button.

    Macro 2 needed:
-Ability to set Scenario 1, Scenario 2, and Scenario 3 INDIVIDUALLY to "Yes" and "No" and vice versa with one click of a button.

So in total it looks like I'm going to need 4 macros, one that does all at once, and then 1 separate one for each Scenario Column (3 total scenarios).

    Thank you in advance
