change spacing using rows

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all well and staying safe, I was wondering if anyone can help me in the right direction. I have a excel sheet with a certain number of outcomes which varies everytime with the amount of space left in my print area. I was wondering if i can edit my sheet without leaving a gap above my summary possibly to make the text larger/smaller with whatever space is remaining. Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 show what i'm after. If there is a macro anyone can help me with i will be most grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.
