Locate all previous and including names .

Hello all ,

In col H I have results I require being number 1 .

I am wanting to get a macro as I already have a function but this is extremely slow scrolling down over
a lot of rows as well as processing time .

The result is looking at the last date which in the sample is 28/08/2020
Then looking at Race number 1 and finding all of the names in col AH before and including 28/08/2020 .

Once found or located in col H put a 1 there . There are 31 x results in this sample .

There could be none before where the only result would be one , last date race 1 .
Or there could be any quantity , very random .

The function is slow when finding over 150,000 rows .

Any ideas would be great . Thanks .

Hi , thanks for that , if i wanted to change race number to say 12 , which part would i change .

Also Wow , awesome and excellent . Perfect , this i tested on today's meeting and it picks up all of the last date which is what i needed but didn't want to ask to much . Thanks .

I am not really sure I understand what do you mean ... So instead of putting #1 you want to put #12 ?
