Unable to read data in Notepad

I have a data in notepad & sometimes system reads the data & sometimes not

which type of problem it has & plz help me in solving the same Sir

I used vba to create this notepad file

Sorry I want to delte this problem & i will try to solve the problem from beginning, which will be easier for understanding purpose & it will be slved with ease
