Adapt Vba Code (Font Size & Merge Center)

hi all..
maybe it's basic for you.
the following code work well but i wat to modify/adapt with criteria:
i have several sheets and that code work for multiple sheets. I want to :
1. automatic insert 1 row in row or cell A1 (for all sheets - it's done)
2. adding font size 14 (automatic in all sheet in cell A1 till E1 - not done)
3. merge and center cell A1 till E1 for each sheet (not done)
i have trying but not work here this code :

hi nankw83, before run macro i must do insert 1 row in row 1 in cell a1 (multiple sheets via grouped sheets), then i run your code.
how to make i'm don't do insert before.. i mean, how to showing automatically "Counting1,etc...in row 1) without insert 1 row before
