Introducing a dynamic heading to created PDF Files created by macro

HI,
in order not to reinvent the wheel, I used one of the sample file (macro by Sintek) downloaded from this fantastic forum ad tried to adjust for my needs. While I succeeded in changing extract fields, additional columns and pdf names, I tried unsuccessfully to introduce in the pdf file created an heading taken from Sheet "Heading". In addiction, I have to show in the same heading range (in cell B18 of Sheet "Heading") the same value used to name the PDF file (i.e. if the created pdf file's name is "PIPPO.PDF", accordingly cell B18 value of Sheet "Heading" should be PIPPO, for every pdf file created).
