Copy day Booking Data, Find Worker to assign to and paste on next available row

    Hello All,

First post here, so excited to learn and develop with you guys.

I'm looking to have 7 days across the columns (each day having 4 columns of info).
Set x or however to the originating column id ie 4 if column D.
Find the member of staff - fine with this part
navigate using offset utilising x so data stays in same column
    *paste data
return to original selection and clear contents

*Would be nice to check if blank before this stage if poss also.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Can you expand on what you are trying to achieve? Also. merge cells and VBA do not work well together. You may need to unmerge all your cells to use vba.

Basically I want to be able to select a cell at the Bottom ie KE, it select 3 cells to the right, so its 4 cells worth of data now. With the allocated person on the right, run the macro,
and it move it up to that persons line, on the correct corresponding day, without overwriting any data, then return to source cells and clear the contents.

    Thanks for your help!

I am unclear how to proceed. Do the initials KE refer to a person, and what person do they refer to? Where do you want the KE four row data moved to? How do I associate the "KE" value with the lines above? Thanks
