vba to copy filtered data but data with merged cells to another worksheet

Hello,

I am hoping for some assistance with some new vba code or some help with amending the code below for allowing visible filtered data that has data in several merged cells over to another worksheet titled "Copied". The code below works great for non merged cells, but not with the merged cells. The data I'm trying to filter involves notes, which is contained in these merged cells. I was hoping for some help as to how I might be able to get a more printer friendly layout for when any filtered data is transferred and subsequently printed from the "Copied" worksheet.

Well I tried the following code to unmerge the cells and then my original code worked, which I believe will take care of the copy filtered data issue.

Now if anyone could assist me with the 2nd part which would allow me to enter a line break (i.e. alt + enter) after 150 text characters are typed in any cell in Column E, which I believe would make it easier to read and be printer friendly. Thanks for any help one could offer!
