modifying code print out based on search on userform

hello
I have this code doesn't work well it supposes copy to sheet(list) what I would after search in textbox what show in listbox then copy to another sheet and print out if there is alternative is ok

wow ! you 've given me a big gift , just I face a problem not for your a new file , also is existed in my file when I search in textbox specific name it brings any word contains some letters , for instance when I search Ali it supposes bringing only name " ALI" , but the code brings any name contain the letters (A,L,I) in my case it brings also the name Khalid may you fix it, please?
