Image is not included on new sheet/workbook. But only fails on one computer in the office

First, I want to thank everyone in advance as this is my first post. Forgive any improprieties/errors please.

I have what I think is a simple question, but after days of searching the forums and MS help I can not find an answer.

I have some simple VBA code that copies a specific sheet from an Excel workbook and creates a new .xlsx workbook file with that sheet.

1) The code works perfectly on my home computer and 5+ systems at work - except one problem computer where it fails to include the logo image.
2) All computers are running the same version of Windows 10 + MS OFFICE 365 - including the problem computer
3) All computers have different screen resolutions & magnification display settings

So my question is, what am I doing wrong that one computer is not including the logo image during the process - while all others do? Code is below.

The logo image is on top of the wsS sheet that is copied with wsS.Copy.

Works fine with numerous computer in the office and home. Just one machine at work does not have the image on the newly created sheet/workbook.
