Need Help fixing a Module to Create a Macro to Clear and Update Cells

Thanks, I ended up getting it working. I have to create 70 plus different workbooks to house timesheets in and I would like to control the parameters in the code from a Master Sheet that will then apply the commands to the 70 plus other Workbooks, is that possible?

The code that I originally used worked for that, but wouldn't automatically run the code in the other books until I Double Clicked on the cell I had linked from the Master and hit enter. The problem is that particular cell will be locked, so I am trying to figure out a way to somehow bypass that.

Here's the original code and I have included a copy of the Workbook in question. My plan is to SaveAs from this Workbook in order to create the others.
